Requests will be fulfilled within 30 days of receipt or by January 31st whichever is later.<\/p>\n<p>Employees of <strong>Laser Access LLC<\/strong>\u00a0may be eligible to purchase health insurance coverage through the Marketplace and may qualify for a premium tax credit that can reduce the cost of coverage, depending on household income and other eligibility factors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Marketplace offers health insurance options and provides information about available plans, coverage levels, and pricing.
