At Laser Access, LLC, we utilize advanced Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and Creaform optical 3D scanning technology to perform high-precision dimensional inspections—ensuring every component meets exact specifications and uncompromising quality standards.

CMM inspection is a critical step in verifying the accuracy and integrity of parts, from individual features to complex full-part geometries. Operating across three axes—X, Y, and Z—our CMMs deliver highly accurate point-based measurements and surface analysis, seamlessly integrating with other high-precision manufacturing processes.

To complement traditional CMM inspection, we also deploy our Creaform optical 3D scanner, enabling rapid, non-contact measurement of complex shapes, free-form surfaces, and large components. This technology allows us to capture complete 3D data quickly and accurately—ideal for first article inspection, reverse engineering, deviation analysis, and challenging geometries that demand flexibility and speed.
