Flat Laser Cutting
Our flat laser cutting systems allow for fully automated, lights-out production of all sorts of material thicknesses and types, including Aluminum, steel, High Hardness Steel, and more. From thin-gauge mild steel to military-grade armored plate (MILL 46100), we’ve got the capability to handle any size job.
Flat Trumpf Lasers are two-dimensional flat sheet-cutting machines capable of cutting a wide variety of materials and thicknesses. They are equipped with 60″x120″ dual pallet shuttle tables. With the dual pallet shuttle table, we are able to unload and load a new sheet for production while the laser is processing the current sheet. The second table automatically switches as soon as the first table is finished processing, keeping a smooth and organized workflow. Our 6000-watt laser allows us to process carbon and stainless steel up to 1.0″ thick and aluminum up to 5/8″, as well as various other materials and alloys.
